Runde &#8211; 5000 Meter"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><em>Fotocredit: Heinrich Gaube \/ in Aktion<\/em><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"#english\">English version<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sechs Runden sind in der Dirty Dozen Challenge geschlagen und wir sind in der Halbzeit angelangt.\u00a0 Die Runden der starken Ausdauerathleten sind vorbei und die Sprintspezialisten sind nun gefragt.\u00a0 Auch in dieser LockDown Runde konnten 79 (24 Frauen \/ 55 M\u00e4nner) Zugang zu einem Concept2 oder auch anderen Ergometer finden.\u00a0 Und wiederum lie\u00dfen die Teilnehmer*Innen nichts anbrennen.\u00a0 Bei den M\u00e4nnern schaffte es <strong>Pfaller Bernhard <\/strong>(Polizeisport) \u00fcber die 5000 Meter als Einziger unter die 17 Minuten, dies bedeutet auch \u00d6sterreichischen Rekord bei den Masters A.\u00a0 Ebenso konnte ein weiters Mal <strong>Heinrich Gaube<\/strong> (Steiner RV) bei den Masters D und <strong>Karin Brandstetter<\/strong> (RV Alemannia) bei den Masters Frauen B &#8211; Leichtgewicht den \u00d6sterreichischen Rekord verbessern.\u00a0 <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun<\/strong> vom RG Gr\u00fcnau blieb als Einzige Frau unter 19 Minuten und stellte dazu Challenge Rekord bei den Frauen auf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gesamtwertung TopDown:<\/strong><br \/>\nBei den Damen konnte sich <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun<\/strong> nun doch etwas von ihren beiden Verfolgerinnen aus Ungarn absetzen.\u00a0 Jedoch liegen die weitern Pl\u00e4tze 4 bis 11 innerhalb von 15 Punkten-\u00a0 Dies l\u00e4sst auf harte K\u00e4mpfe in den n\u00e4chsten Runden schlie\u00dfen.<br \/>\nBei den M\u00e4nnern liegen <strong>Bernhard Pfaller<\/strong> und <strong>Georg Sch\u00fctzelhofer<\/strong> nur durch 78 Hundertstel getrennt an der Spitze.\u00a0 Mit kleinem Abstand folgen dann schon die Internationalen Verfolger aus Italien, Deutschland und Ungarn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gesamtwertung Alters- und Gewichtsbereinigt:<\/strong><br \/>\nKlar in F\u00fchrung <strong>Anna Alliquander<\/strong> aus Ungarn, welche in jeder Runde \u00fcber 95 % schaffte.\u00a0 Hinter ihr im harten Kampf <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun, Krisztina Mathe<\/strong> und <strong>Claudia Ciacomazzi<\/strong>, welche nur wenige Punkte trennen.<br \/>\nBei den M\u00e4nnern f\u00e4llt der Unterschied schon differenzierter aus.\u00a0 <strong>Mike De-Petris<\/strong> knapp vor <strong>Heinrich Gaube,<\/strong> welche in ihren Alters- und Gewichtskategorie ebenfalls immer um die 95 % liegen.\u00a0 Dahinter folgen drei \u00d6sterreichisch-Ungarischen Verfolger.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"english\"><\/a><strong>ENGLISH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Six rounds have been completed in the Dirty Dozen Challenge and we have reached halftime. The rounds of the strong endurance athletes are over and the sprint specialists are now in demand.\u00a0 In this LockDown round, 79 (24 women \/ 55 men) were able to find access to a Concept2 or other ergometer.\u00a0 \u00a0In the men&#8217;s category, <strong>Pfaller Bernhard<\/strong> (police sport) was the only one to go below 17 minutes for the 5000 meters, which also means Austrian record in the Masters A.\u00a0 <strong>Heinrich Gaube<\/strong> (Danube Vienna) Masters D and <strong>Karin Brandstetter<\/strong> ( RV Alemannia)\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Masters Women B &#8211; Lightweight coult set also new<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\"> Austrian records in their classes.\u00a0 <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun<\/strong> from RG Gr\u00fcnau was the only woman who stayed under 19 minutes and set a new challenge record for women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall ranking TopDown:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the women\u2019s category, <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun<\/strong> was able to set herself apart from her two pursuers from Hungary.\u00a0 However, the places 4 to 11 are within 15 points &#8211; this suggests tough fighting in the next round.<br \/>\nIn the men&#8217;s category, <strong>Bernhard Pfaller<\/strong> and Georg <strong>Sch\u00fctzelhofer<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">at the top <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">are only separated by 78 hundredths of a second. The international pursuers from Italy, Germany and Hungary follow at a small distance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ranking age and weight adjusted:<\/strong><br \/>\nClearly in the lead <strong>Anna Alliquander<\/strong> from Hungary, who managed over 95% in every lap.\u00a0 Behind her in the tough fight <strong>Scarlett Gelleszun<\/strong>,<strong> Krisztina Mathe<\/strong> and <strong>Claudia Ciacomazzi<\/strong>, who only separate a few points.<br \/>\nFor men, the result are more differentiated. <strong>Mike De-Petris<\/strong> just ahead of <strong>Heinrich Gaube<\/strong>, who are also always around 95% in their age and weight category.
