Die Indoor Meisterschaften sind vorbei, das Wetter hat einige Plusgrade und doch fanden sich wieder 213 sportliche Ergomanen*Innen von 7- bis 13. Feber 2022 f\u00fcr den 5. Durchgang der Dirty Thirty Challenge zusammen. Insgesamt steht die Challenge bei 465 (197 weiblich \/ 268 m\u00e4nnlich) Teilnehmer und bei den Gesamtmetern ist die Chance gro\u00df, dass die 10.000.000 Marke \u00fcberschritten werden kann. Wie immer liegt es an den Teilnehmer*Innen – denn jeder Meter z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teamwertung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIA Wien konnte mit einer „moderaten“ Runde ihren Vorsprung weiter ausbauen und f\u00fchrt nun uneinholbar die Teamwertung an. Dahinter entspannt sich ein interessanter Kampf um die weiteren Podestpl\u00e4tze zwischen dem Team Bundes-Polizei-Sport, dem RC Graz und dem RV Donaubund. Alle 3 Vereine bringen derzeit ann\u00e4hernd gleich viele Athleten*Innen zum Einsatz. Die Polizeisportler*Innen konnten durch bisher gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Runden Rang 2 behaupten. Der RC Graz holte durch eine Motivationsrunde stark auf und steht auf Rang 3. Der RV Donaubund hatte sehr unterschiedliche Ergebnisse, kann aber mit einem starkem Finale noch auf den Podest kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26K \/\/ 30K Wertung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bereits 35 Damen sowie 40 Herren haben das Challenge Ziel erreicht und dabei entweder die 26.000 Meter oder 30.000 Meter \u00fcberschritten. Vor der letzten Runde gilt es noch f\u00fcr manche die letzten Reserven zu mobilisieren, fehlen doch nur wenige Meter zum ersehnten Ziel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den Klassenwertungen bereits auf dem Weg zu einem neuen Challenge Rekord sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dazu verbesserte Ingo G\u00d6RITZER<\/strong> in dieser Runde in der Klasse Masters M\u00e4nner F auch den \u00d6sterreichischen Rekord<\/strong> \u00fcber die 30 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENGLISH<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The indoor championships are over, the weather has some degrees into the plus and yet 213 sporty ergomaniacs came together again from February 7th to 13th, 2022 for the 5th session of the Dirty Thirty Challenge. Overall, the Challenge has 465 (197 female \/ 268 male) participants and with the total meters there is a good chance that the 10,000,000 Meter mark can be exceeded. As always, it’s up to the participants – because every meter counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a „moderate“ lap, LIA Wien was able to further extend its lead and is now unassailable in the lead of the team ranking. Behind, an interesting fight for the other podium positions between the Bundes-Polizei-Sport team, RC Graz and RV Donaubund is evolving. All 3 clubs are currently using almost the same number of athletes. The police sport athletes were able to claim second place through five even rounds. The RC Graz caught up with a highly motivated last sessionand is in 3rd place. The RV Donaubund had very different results, but can still get on the podium with a strong final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26K \/\/ 30K Rating:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

35 women and 40 men have already reached the challenge goal, exceeding either 26,000 meters or 30,000 meters. Before the last lap, it is still necessary for some to mobilize the last reserves, since only a few meters are missing from the longed-for goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Ingo G\u00d6RITZER<\/strong> also improved the Austrian record<\/strong> over 30 minutes in this session for the Masters Men F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
